Raw Mini Caramels

I have seen this recipe shared by a few bloggers already, it is really good so why change a recipe when it is pretty much perfect?
RAW MINI CARAMELS
1C dates, very soft (soft them a while if needed)
1/2C tahini
2T coconut oil
1/4t ground Himalayan pink salt + extra
In a food processor fitted with the S blade, blend the dates until they are a soft paste, you want the least bits possible. Add the tahini, coconut oil and salt, and blend again until you have a smooth consistency.
Place some baking paper at the bottom of a cake mould and spread the mix on top. Place in the freezer for a couple of hours and cut into squares once solid.
Place them in the freezer in an airtight container and pick as needed, they do not need to be thawed.
